Itma Asia + Citme 2025: Expanded Exhibition Space To Meet Growing Interest

ITMA ASIA + CITME, Singapore 2025, co-owned by CEMATEX, CTMA, and CCPIT TEX, is set to take place at the Singapore Expo from October 28 to 31, 2025. The exhibition has garnered significant interest, surpassing expectations with a 30% increase in applicant numbers. Over 770 technology and service providers from 33 countries and regions have applied for exhibition space, including both established international textile machinery manufacturers and emerging technology providers. To accommodate this strong demand, the show organizers have expanded the booked hall space from 60,000 to 70,000 square meters.

CEMATEX President Alex Zucchi expressed gratitude for the industry's ongoing support, stating, "To accommodate the increased number of eligible applicants, we've expanded the booked hall space. This will enable more machinery manufacturers to showcase their innovative products and solutions to regional buyers seeking technological advancements to enhance cost-efficiency and maintain competitiveness."

The significant interest in the Singapore edition, despite its proximity to the Shanghai edition, underscores the imperative to expand into emerging markets to ensure the sustained growth and success of our manufacturers.

CTMA President Gu Ping echoed this sentiment, stating, "In recent years, digital technology has revolutionized the textile industry, and emerging markets like South Asia, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East are driving significant new demand. To cater to the evolving needs of global exhibitors and visitors, we've introduced the Singapore edition between the 2024 and 2026 ITMA ASIA + CITME exhibitions. Our goal is to provide greater value and opportunities for all participants."

As of November 12th, nearly all the booked exhibition space at the Singapore Expo was already allocated. The overwhelming response has led the show owners to expand the venue's capacity to accommodate the continued influx of applications.
